Position Overview We are seeking a collaborative and organized Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery by facilitating SAFe ceremonies, serving as the liaison between business and IT teams, and ensuring product backlogs, user stories, and documentation are effectively managed. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, recommend process improvements, maintain Jira and Confluence artifacts, track team KPIs, and support roadmap development while fostering Agile best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills, experience working in diverse technology environments, and a solid understanding of SAFe Agile principles are essential. SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Practitioner certification is preferred, along with at least four years of relevant experience. The annual salary range for this position is $61,125 to $93,275. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
