Sr. Electrical Supervisor

Position Summary:The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the work of the Electrical Staff based on Operational priorities and generated work orders; to ensure safe and efficient installation and repairs of facilities and machinery throughout the entire campus. The Electrical Supervisor is primarily focused on production equipment troubleshooting and repairs.Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to oversee electrical technicians during the course of your shift. Communicate assignments and major tasks to the electrical team, making sure they have all the materials and instructions necessary to complete work assignments safely, completely and correctly.Periodically check work in progress of each technician and provide immediate assistance and troubleshooting instruction as neededWork with the Safety Team to ensure all Encore’s equipment meets safety requirements.Qualifications:5–10 years of experience in industrial or electrical manufacturing environmentsStrong hands‑on expertise with:PLC troubleshooting and minor programmingAC/DC drives diagnostics and programmingAC/DC motor troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings, schematics, manuals, and manufacturer specificationsSolid computer proficiency, including email, MS Office, and electronic maintenance/communication toolsWorking knowledge of safety programs and procedures, including PPE, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space, and Arc Flash requirementsProven people‑leadership experience, including:Conducting employee performance evaluationsInterviewing and selecting electrical maintenance candidatesResponsible for electrical safety and documentation compliance, including:Maintaining Arc Flash PPE and inventoryEnsuring machine backups, PLC programs, HMI files, and electrical prints are current and properly storedManaging and maintaining machine software librariesExperience with on‑call scheduling and supporting after‑hours maintenance coverageStrong parts and inventory management skills:Identifying and maintaining critical spare partsSourcing replacements for obsolete or long‑lead‑time componentsCoordinating with parts teams to minimize downtime risksAbility to work effectively with outside vendors and contractorsCapable of generating and reviewing weekly labor and hours reportsDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with production, engineering, and other departments to reduce downtime and improve reliability #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
