Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and small group settings, assisting with academic tasks, social skills development, and behavioral management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
