Senior Mechanical Design Engineer $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Benefits Package + PTO Dover, NH - (Commutable from Somersworth, Portsmouth, Barrington, Rochester, Epping, Milton, Kingston, Farmwood, Northwood) Are you an experienced Engineer looking to take a step up and progress into a leadership role, having autonomy to manage a small team while still staying hands‑on with real‑world engineering challenges? This is an opportunity to lead the support faction within a well-established Product Support / Reliability team at an extremely well‑respected manufacturer. You'll take ownership of performance, product reliability analysis, and corrective action processes, while mentoring engineers and working cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement across existing product lines. This role focuses on ensuring products in production remain reliable, compliant, safe, and cost‑effective. You'll be the technical lead, acting as the link between engineering, quality, manufacturing, and service.
