RN Clinical Manager - Hospice

Clinical Manager (RN) We have recently partnered with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable hospice organization in the Savannah, GA area. This organization is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and providing quality care to patients and their families. Compensation & Benefits: $85,000+ Depending on Experience Health Insurance (Employer pays 70%+ of premium) Dental & Vision Insurance Mileage Reimbursement Generous PTO + Paid Holidays Retirement: 403(b) with Company Match Supplemental Coverage (Life, Short/Long-Term Disability, etc.) Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week Includes Some After-Hours & Weekend Rotation On-Call Rotation Required Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for home care and/or after-hours teams Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission standards Maintain high-quality patient care and hospice best practices Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance Participate in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning Serve as a resource and leader for interdisciplinary teams Requirements: Active Registered Nurse License in Georgia BSN Preferred 3+ Years of Management or Supervisory Experience Hospice, Home Health, or Oncology Experience Preferred Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation Required Please apply or send your updated resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Compensation: $85,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
