CNC Machine Operator

Job Description Job Description Job description: We are looking for a dependable Ironworker Machine Operator to join our metal fabrication team. Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working with measurements and reading a tape measure accurately. Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, sometimes Saturday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Job Duties: * Operate an Ironworker machine to punch holes and fabricate metal parts * Cut, drill, grind, bend, and shape steel materials * Read and use a tape measure accurately * Follow work orders and production instructions * Inspect finished parts for quality * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Assist with other shop duties as needed Qualifications: * Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation experience preferred * Must be able to read a tape measure * Basic math and measurement skills required * Blueprint reading is a plus * CNC, lathe, or punch press experience is helpful but not required * Reliable and able to work independently Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift 50-75 lbs as needed * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift * Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Company Description We work hand in hand with our clients to fill positions quickly and hire employees efficiently.
