Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a specialty acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Prioritizes safety, evidence-based practice, and patient wellness Models proficiency by precepting new staff Contributes to a secure and high-quality care environment Adapts to a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Preferred candidates hold a bachelor's degree in nursing. Additional Details Onsite role with day and night shifts, offering a night shift incentive. Compensation varies based on experience.
