Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive Hourly Pay: $30.00–$34.00 per hour (based on experience) Overtime Eligible: Additional earning potential during peak seasons Career Growth: Clear path to supervisory and management roles Strong Team Culture: Supportive environment with team events and recognition Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: 7 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, vacation accrual, and sick time What You’ll Do As a Lawn Care Service Lead, you’ll be a working leader in the field, supporting both technicians and operations: Lead by Example: Work alongside technicians, provide guidance, and model best practices in service and safety Support Team Development: Assist with onboarding and training new hires; provide coaching and feedback Ensure Quality Service: Conduct spot checks, address service issues, and help resolve customer concerns Coordinate Daily Operations: Assist with routing, scheduling adjustments, and equipment readiness Promote Safety & Compliance: Reinforce safety standards and regulatory requirements Field Support: Step in as needed for complex jobs, seasonal services, and coverage support What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related industry (lead or senior technician experience preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills with a team‑first, hands‑on approach Technical knowledge with the ability to obtain an Applicator’s License within 30 days of hire Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record High school diploma or equivalent (degree in horticulture, business, or related field is a plus) This role is primarily field‑based with some administrative responsibilities and requires: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions Occasional travel between local job sites If you enjoy leading from the front, helping technicians succeed, and delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
