Responsibilities Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships. Open new accounts and submit loan applications. Comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests. Recommend and promote the bank’s digital banking services. Assist customers with teller transactions and process various transactions efficiently, accurately, and friendly. Work Schedule This is a full‑time 40‑hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2 to 3 Saturdays per month. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience. Previous cash handling experience. Prior sales experience. Ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner. Previous retail sales experience strongly preferred. Attention to detail. Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to market bank products and services. One year of previous banking experience preferred. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $37,440 - $52,800, based on experience, skills, and location. In addition, WSFS may offer discretionary and formula‑based incentive and retention awards.
