Sales Associate

Role Description The Sales Associate role at Far East Communications is a full-time, on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Sales Associate will engage with customers in person, understand their communication needs, and present appropriate products and services. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support service delivery, handling customer inquiries and follow-ups, and contributing to sales initiatives and promotions. The Sales Associate will work toward individual and team sales targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence in the store or office environment. Qualifications Demonstrated sales, customer service, and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and internal teams. Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, point-of-sale systems, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documents). Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area, including standing for extended periods and handling standard retail or office equipment. Prior experience in telecommunications, technology, or retail sales is preferred but not required; willingness to learn product features and industry trends. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
