Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Production Associate to help us prepare and fill cartridges of coating products. A Day in the Life of a Production Associate You will spend most of your day assembling and filing cartridges utilizing automated machinery. In addition, you may use a forklift to transport materials; communicate the status of orders; follow company processes for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping cartridge inventory count. You may also assist our labeling/packaging department as time permits. What Youll Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC At a minimum, you'll need: To be at least 18 years of age To be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. We train all of our Production Associates onsite on our processes and procedures Strong problem solvers Previous production or manufacturing experience Work Schedule This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with a half hour lunch, plus two paid breaks daily.
