Overview
Registered Nurse – PCU, Clarkston, WA. Travel assignment in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting. Starts 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week on the night shift and a weekly pay range of $2,236 to $2,371. The role focuses on MedSurg/PCU care and may require flexing to other departments as staffing needs arise.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct RN care for MedSurg/PCU patients and flex to other departments as needed to support staffing.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications per physician orders, and document interventions and patient responses with accuracy.
- Maintain patient safety through infection control measures, proper use and troubleshooting of equipment, and adherence to safety policies.
- Prepare and process physician orders promptly, perform routine checks, and deliver comprehensive change-of-shift reports to oncoming staff.
- Communicate critical lab values to requesting physicians in a timely manner and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Restock and maintain emergency carts, patient rooms, and general supply areas; educate patients and families using appropriate modalities.

Requirements
- Active Washington RN license
- Experience in MedSurg/PCU with the ability to flex across departments as needed
- Ability to work nights and participate in a travel assignment; able to work through the upcoming holiday season with minimal RTO
- Competence in safe operation of PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg equipment; troubleshoot and access manuals as needed
- Commitment to standard precautions, infection control, and meticulous documentation
