As a vital member of the Labor and Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering mothers during their childbirth journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with the nursing philosophy and objectives
Utilizing the Standards of care and practice to individualize the nursing process
Delivering care to patients from infancy through adulthood
Collaborating with a midwife-led team to offer a low-intervention, personalized pregnancy care experience
Ensuring compliance with all medical and occupational health requirements

Requirements for this role include:

Need 2 years experience in Labor and Delivery setting
Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience
Epic EMR experience
Active American Heart Association BLS certification
Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
New Hampshire RN License or Compact License
AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years (preferred)
Must have own vehicle
