Schedule:

  • 3 x 12 hour day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert respiratory care to adult critical care patients, applying best practices and collaborating closely with the healthcare team.
  • Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilator support, especially with Hamilton systems.
  • Utilize EPIC for accurate, thorough clinical documentation.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care interventions.
  • Educate patients and families regarding respiratory therapies.
  • Uphold rigorous safety and infection control protocols.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (required).
  • Previous adult critical care experience.
  • Proficiency with Hamilton ventilators and EPIC electronic health records strongly preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (current).
