WEL Companies is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers interested in a Lease Purchase opportunity with access to late-model Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment. Compensation & Revenue:

• Average Gross Revenue: $5,200 per week
• Average Net Revenue: $1,400 - $1,800 per week
• 70% of Linehaul Revenue Paid to Contractor
• 86% Fuel Surcharge Paid to Contractor
• 70% of Detention and Accessorial Pay
• No Trailer Payments
• Reefer Fuel Paid by WEL Companies
• Fuel Discounts Averaging up to $0.80 per gallon at participating locations
• Weekly Settlements

Home Time:

• Home Time Determined by You
• Drivers typically stay out 2-3 weeks for optimal revenue opportunities

Driver Requirements:

• Minimum 23 Years Old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 Year Verifiable CDL-A Experience
• Ability to Run All 48 States
• Acceptable MVR and PSP
• Ability to Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screening
• Stable Work History Preferred

Orientation:

• Location: Mustang, OK
• 2.5-Day Orientation Program
• Business Operations Training
• ELD and Geotab Training
• Independent Contractor Success Resources
