Job Duties:

• Complete and support timely MDS assessments across assigned facilities

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and electronic transmission of MDS data

• Conduct resident interviews and comprehensive medical record reviews

• Monitor assessment schedules and identify changes in resident status

• Analyze MDS-related reports and support survey readiness efforts

• Collaborate with Directors of Nursing and facility leadership on compliance needs

• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings (in person or virtual)

• Educate and support facility staff on MDS documentation best practices

• Provide temporary MDS coverage during staffing gaps or high-census periods

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current RN license (active and in good standing)

• Prior MDS experience strongly preferred

• Ability to travel between Progressive Quality Care facilities as assigned

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Experience with electronic medical records and MDS software

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a clinical environment
