Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for physician analysis
- Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnoses
- Position patients meticulously and calibrate equipment for exceptional imaging results
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues
- Keep up-to-date patient records, including imaging documentation and equipment checks
- Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process
- Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
Education and Certification Requirements
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Must graduate from an accredited radiology program
Essential Certifications
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is mandatory
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days post-hire
