This hands-on role focuses on maintaining the health, beauty, and precision of luxury residential landscapes.As part of a crew, you will work under the direction of a Crew Leader to execute daily maintenance tasks with a high level of care and attention to detail. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is passionate about horticulture and landscape care.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform detailed landscape maintenance including pruning, weeding, edging, mulching, and bed careAssist with planting, transplanting, and seasonal flower rotationsSupport proper care of trees, shrubs, perennials, and turf areasHelp inspect and maintain irrigation systems; report issues to Crew LeaderOperate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)Follow daily job instructions and complete tasks efficiently and accuratelyMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sites at all timesIdentify and report plant health issues, pests, or site concernsFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standardsRepresent the company professionally while on client propertiesQualifications:1-3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or fine gardening preferredBasic knowledge of plant identification and pruning techniquesFamiliarity with horticultural best practices is a plusAbility to operate landscaping equipment safelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipReliable, punctual, and able to work well within a teamGood communication skills and a positive attitudeAbility to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsBilingual in Spanish is a plus.The Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
