Facility Maintenance TechnicianKokosing Construction is looking to expand our Facility Maintenance Team with a qualified individual to support our buildings in Ohio and the surrounding states.Candidate must be proficient in HVAC and electrical repairs1st shift 6:30am – 3pm with overtime during warmer monthsTravel is required with overnight stays as needed.Candidates must be highly motivated and self-disciplined to complete tasks, make decisions on their own and fully support the needs of all facilities to maintain full functionality.Non-Union positionFunctions and Responsibilities:We are a full-service support group and are responsible for maintaining and repairing:All brick-and-mortar buildings and all equipment withinJobsite trailers service and repairsHeating/Ventilation and Cooling SystemsElectricity 120V 1-phase to 480V 3-phase troubleshooting and repairPlumbing installations and repairsGarage door repairsGeneral building repairsSecurity, fire suppression systems, building security and accessEquipment used:ForkliftsPersonnel liftsRubber tire backhoe and tractorsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GED equivalentHVAC and controls – Boilers – Plumbing – General carpentryElectrical experience required with 1 & 3 phaseKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must be able to pass a drug testMust have a clean driving recordMeticulous attention to detailsAble to communicate with other team members and report directly to the Facility Manager with accurate detailsRead and understand drawings, blueprints and equipment specificationsGeneral math skills, computers, welding, hand toolsMust be able to maintain high level of awareness for a busy project work environmentWe are a committed Safety Team that builds on our 24/7 safety culture of working incident and injury free at work and at home.
