Associate Executive Specialist

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support for the Branch Systems and Transformation Technology (BSTT) organization within Consumer Technology. This role specifically supports the CIO of BSTT, helping manage day-to-day priorities, coordinate meetings and logistics, prepare materials, maintain organized workflows, and support effective communication across teams.In this role, you will:Provide administrative support to leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, expense processing, travel arrangements, and general office support.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, organize materials, track follow-ups, and help ensure leaders are prepared for key discussions.Manage incoming requests, prioritize routine items, and escalate urgent or sensitive matters as appropriate.Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports, emails, and other business materials.Support team operating routines, including staff meetings, leadership updates, town halls, onboarding activities, and engagement events.Maintain organized records, contact lists, distribution lists, team documents, and shared resources.Assist with business processes such as purchase requests, invoice coordination, access requests, space planning, equipment needs, and other operational tasks.Partner with other administrative professionals, business support teams, and internal partners to coordinate activities and resolve routine issues.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, increase efficiency, and support a well-organized operating environmentRequired Qualifications:6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactiveExceptional customer service standardsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with Senior leadership and other team membersFamiliarity with Workday, Concur, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or similar enterprise tools.Ability to articulate clearly and concisely in both written and oral communicationAbility to multi-task and adapt to situations quicklyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionResponds to requests and inquiries in a timely mannerDemonstrates sound judgment when problem solvingWorks well in a team environment; demonstrates respect and collaborationAbility and willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverageServes as an extension of senior leadership adapting to a culture of partnership, teamwork, results orientation, and professionalismDemonstrates proficiency with Domestic and International travel; Concur experience preferredAbility to manage and process reports, maintaining financial efficiencies and reducing costsAbility to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelinesJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule.Relocation assistance is not available for this positionThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location:3075 Loyalty Circle Columbus, OHPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
