This is a job posting based which falls under the support staff contract. This position will begin August 24, 2026.

Job Overview:
The instructional aide will assist classroom teachers, work with small groups of students, support the classroom teachers on the team, and other duties may include supervision of bus students for arrival and dismissal, classroom coverage, other duties as assigned by building administration. Must be able to assist and support students in reading, ELA, and math at a 7th grade level.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Demonstrated or prior experience working with children, and excellent organization and communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Minimum starting rate of $15.14 - $16.91 per hour - credit may be given for relevant experience.
• No district paid health benefits, coverage available for purchase at 100% employee cost.
  • A $500 healthcare stipend is provided in June of each year of completion.
