We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in our Long-Term Care facility. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care setting, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for each resident. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of Iowa. Prior experience in Long-Term Care preferred. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
