Production Laborer

Hiring a Production Technician in Dexter, MI!

Pay: $17.00/hr.

Shift:

1: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

2: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM,

*Both shifts include a 30-minute lunch break and additional breaks.

*Occasional Saturday work is voluntary and typically lasts 5–7 hours.

Responsibilities

• Un-rack and re-rack parts in preparation for anodizing, ensuring correct placement and secure attachment.
• Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, 7/16 ratchets, sockets, wrenches, and pliers, to assemble and re-rack parts onto bases for chemical dipping.
• Prepare parts and racks for anodizing processes in alignment with quality and safety standards.
• Perform daily quality inspections on parts, verifying that they meet specifications for medical, defense, and aerospace industry applications.
• Handle and process production parts with a high level of attention to detail to avoid defects and rework.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dexter, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
