Monday through Friday 3:30pm to 8:30p.m., Every weekend 8 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 8:30 pm

We are currently hiring a receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while providing administrative and clerical support to the community.

Available Openings:

• Part-Time
• MondayFriday
• Schedule: 3:30pm to 8:3pm
• Every weekend

First weekend hours: 8:00am to 2:00pm

Second weekend hours: 2:00pm to 8:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Monitor facility entrance and maintain visitor sign-in procedures.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries including packages.
• Maintain accurate records and complete assigned clerical task.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
