Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity enhancement. Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, and loyalty programs. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment and complying with health and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred). High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience. Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
