Medical Account Specialist II - Hematology

Role Overview The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist engages Oncology specialists and key customers across various healthcare settings to support the launch of a Multiple Myeloma product. They deliver clinically focused messages to grow revenue, build relationships, and achieve product goals while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Engage with Oncology experts and key accounts within assigned regions. Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and accounts to understand their objectives and challenges. Collaborate with internal teams including Reimbursement and Regional Managers to address customer needs and develop strategies. Conduct market profiling to understand regional healthcare dynamics and payer systems. Identify business opportunities and support contracting efforts. Maintain rigorous compliance in all customer interactions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. At least 5 years of successful Oncology sales experience, with biologics and buy-and-bill expertise. Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large practices or institutions. Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology, healthcare trends, and market dynamics. Proven account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
