• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
• Hours/week: 40
• Employment Type: Short-term contract
• License/Certs: Illinois medical license, BC in Endocrinology, BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred

• Hourly Rate: $253.50

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient endocrine consultations for adult patients
• Manage common endocrine conditions such as thyroid disorders, diabetes, and pituitary issues
• Perform procedures like fine-needle aspirates (FNA) when needed
• Collaborate with support staff including RNs, dietitians, and diabetes educators
• Document patient encounters efficiently using the EPIC EMR system
• Support a clinic volume of approximately 12-15 patients daily

What You Need:

• Valid Illinois medical license
• Board Certification in Endocrinology
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in endocrinology
• Skilled in managing thyroid, diabetes, and pituitary disorders
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
