They lead, coach, and develop staff, manage clinical activities from admission to discharge, and foster strong relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage clinical staff hiring, training, performance, and scheduling. Ensure accurate medical records, ICD coding, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate patient care, develop care plans, and address patient concerns. Oversee facility operations including budgeting, inventory, equipment, and safety. Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory surveys. Collaborate with Medical Director and physicians to maintain high standards of care. Support staff development through training and goal setting. Manage vendor contracts, facility maintenance, and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: RN license with clinical nursing experience, including dialysis preferred. Leadership and management skills, including team building and performance management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical database software preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
