• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to remain patient and empathetic in challenging situations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
