We're looking for an experienced Associate Dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and wants to play a key role in continue to grow our practice. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable providing advanced treatment, enjoys developing long-term patient relationships, and is motivated by performance-based compensation as the practice continues to expand. What You'll Be Doing Molar root canal therapy Single-tooth and surgical extractions Implant placement and restoration (preferred) Full-mouth rehabilitation and comprehensive treatment planning Restorative and preventive dentistry Delivering exceptional patient experiences while educating patients on treatment options Compensation Earn 25% of collections No earnings cap-your income grows with your productivity $800 daily guarantee during your first 90 days while patient volume develops Strong long-term earning potential in a rapidly growing practice Practice Environment This is a true growth opportunity within a new practice focused on expanding access to comprehensive dental care.
