Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehab team at Norton Health & Rehab. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing facility where your expertise can help residents maximize independence and improve their quality of life.
