We're looking for an Assistant Manager who leads with a positive attitude. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role - you'll guide our crews, connect with clients, and make sure every project reflects the quality Walker's is known for.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflows of our cleaning crews to ensure jobs are completed on time and to our high standards.
• Communicate with clients to address questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on service quality.
• Monitor supply levels and manage equipment maintenance so that every team member has what they need to succeed.
• Train new hires on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols to help them feel confident in their work.
• Visit job sites regularly to inspect work quality and offer hands-on support to crew members.
• Manage administrative tasks, including logging job completion reports and coordinating employee schedules.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proven experience managing a team or coordinating daily operations in a service-based business.
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple schedules and supply inventories.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks when necessary to support the team.
• Clear and professional communication skills for both client interactions and internal team updates.
• Previous experience with carpet cleaning equipment or commercial janitorial procedures is a plus.
