The role ensures compliant, accurate, and timely execution of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and documentation activities while adhering to internal SOPs, regulatory standards, and quality expectations. This position is designated as 100% onsite due to the essential nature of the job functions.

Responsibilities:

• Process hazardous materials, R&D materials, and product sample shipments, including proper packaging.
• Manage international shipments, including documentation and compliance requirements.
• Receive and dispense finished goods, WIP inventory, and packaging components to and from manufacturing facilities.
• Pick, pack, and ship clinical finished drug products to domestic and international destinations.
• Process rejected, returned, or expired drug products for destruction and coordinate schedules with approved destruction sites.
• Maintain the inventory control system for drug products and perform accurate transactions.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and ensure accurate reconciliation results.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, and compliant manner and operate material-handling equipment safely.
• Become proficient in applicable SOPs, perform responsibilities with minimal supervision, and recommend SOP updates as needed.
• Participate in training of new team members and support knowledge transfer.
• Access internal systems, databases, and RF scanners; ensure accurate data entry and documentation per retention policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 0–5 years of relevant logistics, warehouse, or inventory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and inventory control concepts.
• Ability to meet TSA requirements, including background check, and ability to complete the Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP).
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cooperative team environment and to work occasional overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

• IATA certification and international shipping documentation experience.
• Experience with warehouse material-handling equipment.
