Good Success Company is seeking a dedicated South Georgia Project Manager to oversee and coordinate operations across 6-10 commercial cleaning sites in the Warner Robins, Macon, Columbus, and Fitzgerald region. This leadership role requires a balance of hands-on involvement with staff and strong client relationship management. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate as part of a management team to ensure all sites meet our high standards of quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop site staff through hands-on training and regular coaching
• Conduct daily check-ins for attendance and shift compliance
• Manage shift coverage and respond to call-outs with appropriate approvals
• Perform regular quality inspections using custom mobile app and paper-based forms, including unannounced pop-up inspections
• Oversee inventory management with weekly audits at each site
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of inspections, inventory, timesheets, and mileage
• Serve as primary contact for client leadership and on-site building management
• Ensure adherence to dress code, badge visibility, attendance, and overall site standards
• Travel weekly between assigned sites to provide on-the-ground leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facility services management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in facility management and quality control inspections
• Strong client communication and problem-solving skills
