Licensed Practical Nurse
(Temp 10-12 weeks)
Estero, FL | Fort Myers, FL
Hours:

• Monday – Friday
  • 7:45a – 4:45p -OR- 8:00a – 5:00p

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments, gather history, obtain vital signs, and assist providers during routine, acute, and minor illness examinations and procedures
• Safely administer vaccines, prescribed medications, and clinical treatments following physician orders, protocols, and state nursing standards
• Provide clear, compassionate guidance to parents and young patients regarding care plans, medication administration, and follow-up care instructions
• Foster a welcoming, child-friendly clinic environment that delivers empathetic support to families and maintains high-quality patient interactions
• Meticulously document patient care and clinical interventions in the EHR in full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Island Coast Pediatrics standards
• Maintain organized exam rooms, track clinic supplies, and support smooth patient flow to maximize provider efficiency during peak hours

Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN license
• BLS certification
• Pediatric experience preferred
• eClinicalWorks EMR experience preferred
• Willing to travel between Estero, FL and Fort Myers, FL

Compensation:

• $25-28/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
