Customer Service Manager

We're looking for a Customer Service Manager who will help lead our front end and keep that Bob's experience strong every single day. What You'll Do: You'll be the go-to leader for our cashiers and service desk team, making sure customers are greeted with a smile, lines move quickly, and problems get solved the right way. You'll set the tone for the front end - positive, helpful, and always focused on the customer. This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who: Loves working with people and leading a team Stays calm and friendly even when things get busy Takes pride in doing things the right way Wants to be part of a family-run business that truly cares Responsibilities Include: Leading and supporting our front-end team (cashiers & service desk) Making sure every customer leaves happy Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care Managing registers, cash handling, and daily front-end operations Helping train and develop new team members Working closely with store leadership to keep things running smoothly Schedule: Daytime hours plus one evening per week until 8:00 PM, and weekends as needed.
