Home Health Registered Nurse

We will train in‑house through lots of shadowing with another RN. As a Home Health RN, you will play a critical role in providing excellent patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assessing patient needs and creating care plans Administering medications and monitoring vital signs Providing wound care Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic well‑being and help patients achieve their health goals Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of CA Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse is a plus Experience in home health or a related setting is preferred Hospice experience is a plus Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Current BLS certification Acute care clinical experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
