You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The PIT Operator plays an important role in manufacturing by operating equipment that supports efficient production and consistent product quality. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor equipment throughout the production process. Successful PIT Operator candidates understand manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safe operating practices while helping maintain reliable production performance.
