Within the Education department, the Nurse Educator will help create a dynamic learning culture for nurses and other healthcare professionals across the hospital. Key responsibilities may include assessing learning needs, designing and presenting educational programs, supporting onboarding, coordinating annual competencies, coaching clinical staff, evaluating program effectiveness, and partnering with nursing leaders on quality and safety priorities. The Nurse Educator will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, therapists, case managers, and other professionals to strengthen staff confidence and patient outcomes.
