Posting Details Posting Number: 9002097 Location: Flower Mound Title: Work Study - Elite Ambassador Tour Guide Job Summary The Student Affairs Elite Ambassador Tour Guide is responsible for hosting groups that will include, but are not limited to, prospective students and their parents, visitors, alumni, community organizations, and middle or elementary school students. Each guide is the “front door” to the College. Tour Guides must display pride and passion for North Central Texas College while representing themselves and the school in a professional manner. Work Hours and Pay This position is part time, with a maximum of 19 hours per week. Hours may be flexible during the workweek of Monday – Thursday 8 am to p.m. and Friday, 8 am to Noon based on department need. Pay: $15.00 an hour. Required Education High School Diploma or GED. Required Skills & Abilities Ability to speak in public and to large groups Knowledge of College resources, departmental policies, procedures, safety and regulations Ability to act in a professional manner Ability to maintain a neat, clean professional appearance Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere Must be punctual, reliable, and courteous when performing all duties Preferred Skills & Abilities Must be people oriented and able to multitask.
