Enjoy a stable, full-time schedule with start times between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. and afternoons ending by 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. Work alongside dedicated colleagues, including a skilled SLPA who will support your caseload and therapy delivery. What we’re seeking:

• Current SLP license in Arkansas (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates
• Experience or interest in school-based settings with K-12 students
• Skills in pediatric speech therapy, evaluation, intervention, and documentation
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms preferred, though onsite sessions are primary
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with SLPA and educational staff
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Your primary responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Supervise and partner with the onsite SLPA for collaborative support
• Communicate progress and participate in IEP meetings with educators and families
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
