Private Duty - Homecare Nurse (LPN & RN)

Homecare Nurse Rates :

LPN: $35 / hour

RN : $ 45 / hour

Location : Suffolk County ,NY

Schedule : Flexible Shifts Available

NOTE : Candidate must have experience with trach care and suctioning. Additional experience with ventilator-dependent patients, G-tube care, seizure management, and medication administration is preferred.

Qualifications :

• Active LPN or RN License issued by NYS

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a homecare setting.

• Current BLS Certification

• Empathy, Reliability , and a commitment to high-quality care

What You'll Do :

• Perform physical and Health Assessments before making critical decisions.

• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.

• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.

• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.

• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

• Additional responsibilities as required.
