Apply your expertise in new ways to continue on the path of growth as a Senior Manager, Regional Product Sales, US North and CanadaLeads a team of Product Sales Managers selling and servicing the Rolls business area.Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility and other communication within assigned accounts.Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements within assigned accounts.Overseas and manages the quotation process and supports team in the quotation process and ensure timely follow up with customers. Will resolve communication or pipeline delays from key stakeholders internal and externalReview examine and resolve customer complaintsProvides market trends and analysis, including competitor activity, lost order tracking, and pricing changes.Establishes professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, mill management, etc.).Manages the territory sales forecast/budget for assigned areasAssist in collection of accounts receivable.Assist in data collection/distribution of marketing/sales/product launchAssist in distribution/collection of customer satisfaction survey.Abides by Valmet’s Manager Role competencies and behaviors for impactful leadershipIs responsible for tactical and strategic people processes including performance management, succession planning and talent reviews, engagement efforts, development, as well as lead recruiting and onboarding effortsTravel is required for this job.What you’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree, Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of experience.
