More daily personal time than the average retail or wireless role. What You'll Do Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals. Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices. Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience (automotive experience preferred). Outstanding verbal communication and customer‑service skills. A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems.
