• Shift Time : 3 PM to 1 AM estimate ; Mon - Fri with occasional Saturdays

• The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform routine occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training and education, employee health services and compliance.

• Help develop, formulate and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.

• Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.

• Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables.

• In accordance with established procedures, conduct our safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs.

• Assist with occupational health programs.

• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• Provide occupational health services, including ice/heat treatments, patient charting, and general occupational health support within the clinic.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

• 2 years of related work experience.

• Licensed practical nurse or vocational nurse or equivalent in other geographies

• Experience working in a doctor's office or physician practice setting is preferred.

• A RN who is comfortable working independently in an occupational health clinic, has strong documentation/charting skills
