You’ll be: Receiving finished plastic sheeting out of the extruder, creating neatly stacked pallets, and marking sheet counts Replacing rolls of tape, protective covering, barcodes, and other materials as needed Completing Light Transmission and Product Control tests and making necessary adjustments Performing length/width and pallet changes, as well as silo setup and operation of raw materials Assisting with color changes, basic machine maintenance and cleaning, start-up and shut‑down procedures, and thickness changes Conducting yellow tagging procedures and maintaining documentation Carrying out other duties and activities as directed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Can accurately read a metric tape measure and perform basic math skills (must have) Are able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly and are comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift (must have) Possess strong time management skills and enjoy working as part of a team (must have) Are eager to learn and grow in an entry‑level manufacturing environment As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work‑related resources.
