We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests. Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures. Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience. Qualifications 1 year experience in hospitality. CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire) Strong communication skills with members Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat. High school education is a plus Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality Some weekends would be required; mostly a Monday-Friday Job Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.
