Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $18hr - $22hr

Responsibilities

Answering phones
Receiving and retrieving incoming mail
Data entering paperwork into multiple systems
Independent performance of varied duties
Face to face conversations with customers
Use of a personal computer for reviewing cases and answering questions

Minimum Qualifications

Basic Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
Entry Level Data Entry Skills
Entry Level Word Processing Skills
Entry Level clerical duties, mailings, etc.
