Tagalog-English Bilingual Caregiver — Part-Time | $19–$21/hrMake a meaningful difference every day with SYNERGY HomeCare of Scripps Ranch.We are seeking compassionate, dependable Tagalog-English bilingual caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to clients throughout the San Diego area. This role includes designated assignments where fluent/conversational spoken Tagalog is needed to communicate effectively with clients and their families.Our clients range from infants to older adults and may include individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, autism, or other special needs.Service areas include Scripps Ranch, Tierrasanta, Mission Valley, Poway, Mira Mesa, Miramar, Serra Mesa, and Rancho Bernardo.ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship, conversation, and social engagementAssist with non-medical personal care and activities of daily livingAssist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication remindersPrepare meals; assist with grocery shopping and errandsPerform light housekeepingCommunicate professionally with clients, families, and team members in English and TagalogProvide reliable, consistent care while supporting each client's independence, comfort, and dignityQualificationsFluent spoken English and Tagalog requiredAt least 1 year of caregiving experienceValid driver's licenseAuthorization to work in the United StatesStrong communication skills and a compassionate, respectful, dependable approach to careCurrent California Home Care Aide Registry registration, TB test clearance, and CPR certification preferred; assistance is available for qualified candidates who need to complete these requirementsSchedule and payThis is a part-time, in-person position. Day, night, and overnight shifts may be available. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to be matched with clients near you.
