Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Colorado- School Based

Princeton Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school special education setting. This is a great opportunity for licensed SLPAs looking to make a meaningful difference in students' lives while working alongside a supportive clinical team.

Key responsibilities include delivering speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, implementing IEP-based treatment plans for individual or small group sessions, supporting screenings and evaluations as directed by the supervising SLP, preparing materials and therapy tools for sessions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date therapy documentation, assisting with tracking and reporting student progress, educating families on strategies to support communication development at home, collaborating with school staff and related service professionals, and following state and federal regulations for school-based services.

Qualifications and requirements include an associate's or bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent, completion of an accredited SLPA certification program, valid state SLPA license or authorization (if required in the state of practice), experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, and strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
